James was born and raised in the Midwest - Fort Wayne, IN but now currently resides in Grapevine, TX. He grew up realizing that he had a true love for food and also a sweet tooth. Where some of his friends and family would just have normal reactions to good food, James would not only comment about his love and passion for the food but would also quickly finish the delightful dishes, much faster than his peers.
