In our first video, James visits one of his favorite joints: Heim Barbecue in Fort Worth, TX. This mom-n-pop, family-owned, farm-to-smoker BBQ spot has some of the best barbecue in the area and is sure to leave you begging for more (especially the bacon burnt ends).

A little sweet, a little salty, and a whole lotta smoky. Make sure you try Heim Barbecue’s brisket fries, creamy mac-n-cheese, and guilty bacon burnt ends. Oh, and the coleslaw that is the perfect cold and crisp intermediate for all their meat! Basically, you’ve just got to try it all!
